Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Melted butter, (for basting)
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  • Baste with butter and bake for 30 min.
  • Heat the 1/4 stick of butter and stir in flour, sugar, mustard, cinnamon and ginger.
  • Slowly add in orange juice and make a thick sauce.
  • Pour over chicken and bake for 30 more min or possibly till golden.
