- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 bag corn chips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
- Mix soup, sauce and milk.
- Layer in large baking dish the chips, beef, half the onion and half the cheese.
- Pour half soup mixture over all.
- Repeat layering.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
