Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup peaches mashed
  • 12 ounces raspberries frozen unsweetened, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • fresh raspberries

Method

  • Combine peaches and yogurt in freezer safe container. Freeze until frozen.
  • Place thawed raspberries, sugar, and orange juice in blender. Mix until smooth.
  • Place raspberry mixture into sieve, reserving puree.Discard seeds and chill.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of puree into parfait glass. Top with fresh raspberries and yogurt.
