Ingredients
- 4 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup peaches mashed
- 12 ounces raspberries frozen unsweetened, thawed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- fresh raspberries
Method
- Combine peaches and yogurt in freezer safe container. Freeze until frozen.
- Place thawed raspberries, sugar, and orange juice in blender. Mix until smooth.
- Place raspberry mixture into sieve, reserving puree.Discard seeds and chill.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of puree into parfait glass. Top with fresh raspberries and yogurt.
