- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 (No. 10) can enchilada sauce
- 12 tortillas
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Fry beef and drain all fat.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Layer over tortillas and cheese a few times.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
