- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped or whole broccoli
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 c. whole milk
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 can onion rings
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook vegetables according to directions and drain.
- Mix soups and milk.
- Place vegetables in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour soup mixture over vegetables.
- Top with crumbs. Sprinkle broken onion rings over top of crumbs.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
