Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 3/4 c. rice
- cut up chicken
Method
- Blend soup and milk; reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
- Stir together remaining soup mixture, mushrooms (with liquid), rice and 1/2 the onion soup mix.
- Pour into ungreased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Arrange chicken pieces on rice mixture.
- Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle on the remaining onion soup mix.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
