Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Combine flour and salt.
- Cut in shortening.
- Beat the egg in 1 cup measuring cup.
- Add vinegar; fill with water to make 1 full cup.
- Add the egg, vinegar and water mixture to the flour mixture. This can be rolled and rerolled and still have a good texture. Great for beginners.
