Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (12 oz.) can black olives
  • 1 (12 oz.) block Colby cheese

Method

  • Mix package of taco seasoning with 1 of the packages of sour cream.
  • Set aside.
  • Mash the avocados and add the remaining sour cream; set aside.
  • Shred the cheese and set aside.
  • In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer refried beans, picante sauce, taco seasoning/sour cream, avocados/sour cream, tomatoes, onion, black olives and shredded cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
