Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (12 oz.) can black olives
- 1 (12 oz.) block Colby cheese
Method
- Mix package of taco seasoning with 1 of the packages of sour cream.
- Set aside.
- Mash the avocados and add the remaining sour cream; set aside.
- Shred the cheese and set aside.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer refried beans, picante sauce, taco seasoning/sour cream, avocados/sour cream, tomatoes, onion, black olives and shredded cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
