Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 4 oz. hot sauce
- 8 oz. sausage
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack
- 8 oz. Cheddar
- mushrooms
- olives
- onions
Method
- Saute onion, sausage and mushrooms; drain.
- Mix eggs and sour cream in blender.
- Grease glass pan.
- Cook eggs 8 to 10 minutes at 400°.
- Cool.
- Add hot sauce and sausage mixture.
- Slice cheese and lay on Cheddar and Monterey Jack, then Velveeta.
- Cook at 300° for 45 minutes.
- May be done a day ahead.
