Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 3 eggs
- vanilla and nutmeg
Method
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg yolks and add sugar.
- Add milk.
- Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks.
- Add to milk mixture.
- Beat cream until frothy.
- Add to mixture and mix well.
- Chill.
- Add vanilla and nutmeg, if desired.
