Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. five fragrant spices powder
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Method
- Cut off tips of chicken wings, if desired.
- Place wings, soy sauce, sugar, five spices powder, water and garlic powder in a saucepan.
- Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until wings are almost done.
- If not using immediately, refrigerate right in the cooking liquid.
