Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 dash dill
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch Tony Chacheres creole seasoning
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles or relish. I prefer cutting my own sour dill pickles.
  • 1 mayonnaise/mayonnaise substitute
  • 1 tbsp spicy yellow mustard, grey pupon
  • 1 grated parmesan cheese, to taste
  • 4 slice sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch sprouts, clover, broccoli or bean whichever you prefer
  • 1 bread

Method

  • Boil eggs then cold wash them and peel.
  • Mash up peeled whole eggs and add
  • Fold all ingredients together until desired chunkiness.
  • Add
  • Put slices of cheese on bread
  • Put a dollop or two of egg salad mixture on top of the cheese, then add bunch of sprouts
  • Eat it upp!
