Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. water
- enough flour to make very stiff
Method
- Mix all
- together.
- Divide into equal parts.
- Roll very thin on floured
- board.
- Cut
- in pieces of desired size.
- Let dry for several
- hours.
- (This
- is enough for a large hen.) Be sure noodles are
- dry.
- When
- dry, put in plastic bags and put in freezer.
- They keep good in freezer until needed.
