Ingredients
- 12 eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. heavy cream, chilled
- 8 c. milk, chilled
- 1 to 2 tsp. rum flavoring
- nutmeg
Method
- Beat egg yolks unti light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in half of the sugar.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy and gradually beat in remaining sugar.
- Fold whites into yolks.
- Add cream, milk and flavoring.
- Stir well to combine.
- Pour in punch bowl and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
- Serves about 40 punch cup servings.
