Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Method
- In
- saucepan,
- add
- broth, celery and onion.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Hold
- strainer over boiling broth and pour eggs into strainer,
- making
- sure
- to stir broth all the while egg comes through
- strainer.
- Salt
- and pepper to taste.
- Serve at once. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
