- 1 slice white brad
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Place bread in toaster and toast until golden brown.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat.
- Cut 2-inch circle out of the middle of toast.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Place toast in the pan.
- Break egg over the toast so that egg yolk is in the hold of the toast.
- Cook until egg yolk is done or to your liking.
