Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pouch Lipton soup mix (7 vegetable recipe)
- 2 c. lite cream or milk
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen tortellini, cooked a la dente
Method
- In skillet, saute garlic in margarine until tender.
- Stir in soup mix (dry) and cream.
- Heat to boiling.
- Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
- Stir in basil, parsley, cheese and cooked tortellini. Heat through.
