Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, weight German Chocolate Bar
  • 1/2 cups Butter Or Oleo
  • 3 whole Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

  • Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Once it's melted, let it cool to room temperature.
  • In a large mixer bowl beat eggs on high 2 minutes until foamy. Add sugars and beat at high speed for 1 minute.
  • At low speed of mixer blend in flour for 1 minute.
  • Add the vanilla into the cooled chocolate. Add it to the rest of the ingredients in your mixer bowl and beat for 1 1/2 minutes at medium speed.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan and bake 40 minutes in 325 degree F oven.
