Ingredients
- graham crackers
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- Cool Whip
- butter icing
- 3/4 c. chocolate chips
- small amount oil
Method
- Line a 7 1/2 x 12-inch Pyrex pan with whole graham crackers. Make pudding as directed on box; pour over crackers.
- Layer 1/2-inch of Cool Whip, then place another layer of crackers on cream.
- Press together.
- Cover with butter icing (thin layer). Melt chocolate chips with oil and drizzle over icing.
- Let stand overnight.
