Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- about 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Melt butter in loaf pan.
- Pour 2/3 of the butter into a cup. Mix yeast, sugar and milk.
- Add flour.
- Mix well.
- Pour into the loaf pan and pour the butter in the cup over the batter.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
