Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 onion chopped into small pieces
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (to 1 cup depending on taste) pecorino reggiano
- 1/2 cup vodka (optional)
- 2 8oz. Red Pack tomato sauce/paste (resulting in a thinner/thicker sauce)
Method
- Melt butter in a large pot until it's clear
- Add chopped onion and stir
- Add heavy cream, cheese
- Once it starts boiling, add the tomato sauce/paste
- Stir for a few minutes
- Add cooked pasta!
