Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- saltines
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Method
- Line jelly roll pan with saltines.
- Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil.
- Pour over saltines.
- Bake in 375° to 400° oven for 7 to 9 minutes.
- Sprinkle chips over hot candy.
- Spread when melted.
- Freeze 30 minutes.
- Break like peanut brittle.
