Ingredients
- 16 ounce. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley or possibly 2 teaspoon dry parsley
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce (32 ounce.)
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella (8 ounce.)
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic pwdr.
- Spread 1 1/3 c. spaghetti sauce over bottom of rectangular 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Put 4 lasagna noodles over sauce.
- Next spread 1 c. of Ricotta cheese mix; sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella.
- Repeat procedure: sauce, noodles, Ricotta and Mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered 40-45 min or possibly till noodles are done.
- Let cold 15 min before serving.
- Makes 8 servings.
