Ingredients

  • 16 ounce. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley or possibly 2 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce (32 ounce.)
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella (8 ounce.)

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic pwdr.
  • Spread 1 1/3 c. spaghetti sauce over bottom of rectangular 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Put 4 lasagna noodles over sauce.
  • Next spread 1 c. of Ricotta cheese mix; sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella.
  • Repeat procedure: sauce, noodles, Ricotta and Mozzarella.
  • Bake uncovered 40-45 min or possibly till noodles are done.
  • Let cold 15 min before serving.
  • Makes 8 servings.
