- 1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (450 g) brownie mix (8-inch pan size)
- 1/2 cup chopped Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
Method
- Line 8-inch square pan with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
- Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Prepare brownie batter and bake in prepared pan as directed on package, stirring chopped chocolate into batter before pouring over crust.
- Cool completely.
- Heat broiler.
- Top brownie with marshmallows.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min.
- or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
