- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. cut-up, cooked ham, chicken, turkey or beef
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Heat oven to 450°.
- Mix broccoli, soups, 1 cup milk, the ham and onion powder in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Mix baking powder mix and milk.
- Pour evenly over soup mixture.
- Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
