Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Combine ingredients until it makes a stiff dough.
- Roll very thin on a floured surface; let stand.
- Roll up and cut slices 1/4-inch wide.
- Unroll and let dry 2 hours.
- Drop in broth and cook.
