Ingredients
- 400 ml Onion soup stock
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms (or any other mushroom of your choice)
- 1 Salt
Method
- Put the onion soup in a large dish, shred the shiitake into the soup, wrap with plastic wrap, then heat in microwave.
- Keeping the plastic wrap on, let it sit to steam.
- When the mushrooms become tender, remove the wrap, season with salt to taste, then serve.
