Ingredients
- 16 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 Karo syrup (dark)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Method
- Combine in microwave safe bowl popped corn, brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup.
- Cook 2 min on high.
- Stir and cook 3 more min, stirring after each mix.
- Add in 1 tsp.
- vanilla and 1/2 tsp.
- baking soda.
- Stir and pour over popped corn in a bag and shake.
- Place bag in microwave oven for another minute on high.
- Shake.
- Place in microwave oven for 30 seconds on high.
- Put carameled corn on baking sheet to cold.
