Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh carrots
- chopped onion
- chopped bell pepper
- 1 bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
Method
- Scrape carrots and slice into 1/4-inch slices.
- Boil until cooked; add chopped onion and bell pepper last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Drain and toss with dressing.
- Chill.
- Serves 4.
- Goes well with grilled chicken, rice and bread.
