Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar favorite style Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar water
  • 1 lb. dry lasagne noodles
  • 2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Brown ground chuck in a large pot.
  • Drain meat.
  • Add Prego sauce and water to meat and stir together.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with Pam cooking spray.
  • Put a layer of meat sauce to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Next, alternate layers of dry noodles, sauce and shredded cheese until all ingredients are used and ending with the cheese layer.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serves 4 hungry adults.
