Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak, cut into 4 to 5 pieces and pounded flatter
  • Stove Top stuffing
  • sliced mushrooms
  • sliced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • gravy mix

Method

  • Put a portion of stuffing in center of meat.
  • Tie meat in roll with a string.
  • Brown meat rolls in a large pan.
  • Saute onions; add water to pan.
  • Add seasonings and gravy mix.
  • Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.
  • Be sure to cut strings before serving rolls.
  • Serve gravy separately.
