Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak, cut into 4 to 5 pieces and pounded flatter
- Stove Top stuffing
- sliced mushrooms
- sliced onions
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- gravy mix
Method
- Put a portion of stuffing in center of meat.
- Tie meat in roll with a string.
- Brown meat rolls in a large pan.
- Saute onions; add water to pan.
- Add seasonings and gravy mix.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
- Add mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.
- Be sure to cut strings before serving rolls.
- Serve gravy separately.
