- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- 3 pkg. broccoli, cooked
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (sauce)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour to make paste.
- Add stock slowly.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook only until it begins to thicken.
- Add mayonnaise and chicken soup.
- Place chicken and broccoli in casserole alternately.
- Add sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
