- 1 lb. ground beef
- 32 oz. jar thick spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 15 oz. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
Method
- Brown beef in 3-quart saucepan.
- Drain; add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer about 10 minutes.
