Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 4 c. half and half
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs until light.
- Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
- Makes 1 gallon.
