Ingredients

  • 21 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper (I use Essence of Emeril) or other seasoning (I use Essence of Emeril)
  • 3 lbs breakfast sausage

Method

  • press sausage into bottom of cake or casserole pan top with seasoning then tator tots and cheese in a bowl mix soup and evaporated milk pour on top of cheese
  • bake at 350 for 1 hr to 1 hr and 10 mins
  • set for 5-10 mins then serve.
