Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper

Method

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and marinate your grilling choice in a large glass container.
  • Cover and put in the refrigerator. The longer you marinate, the deeper the flavors. I usually marinate overnight.
