- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together and marinate your grilling choice in a large glass container.
- Cover and put in the refrigerator. The longer you marinate, the deeper the flavors. I usually marinate overnight.
