Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 qt. fruit (5 c.)
Method
- Melt butter in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk together.
- Wash and prepare the fruit for baking.
- Put the fruit in the dish with the butter.
- Pour the flour mixture over the fruit.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
