Ingredients
- 1 can biscuits
- 4 to 5 apples
- margarine
- sugar
- cinnamon
Method
- Peel and slice apples.
- Cook over medium-high heat.
- Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
- Roll out 1 biscuit 1/8-inch thick.
- Spread 1 tablespoon margarine on top of biscuit.
- Put 1 tablespoon apples in middle biscuit.
- Fold over in 1/2.
- Seal with prongs of fork. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
