Ingredients
- 1 quart potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes as for French fries.
- Boil until tender and drain well.
- Fry crumbs in butter and shortening until golden brown.
- Pour over drained potatoes and mix until potatoes are well covered with crumbs.
