- 2 lb. ground round or ground turkey
- 5 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. onions
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. cabbage, sliced
- 2 c. green beans
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
Method
- Brown meat; drain.
- Combine with all other ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
