Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 1 c. milk
Method
- In bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in Crisco until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Add milk; stir until blended.
- Knead lightly 8 to 10 times.
- Drop from spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Makes 12 to 15 biscuits.
