Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (13 oz.) pkg. apple-cinnamon or blueberry muffin mix
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • oil for deep fat frying
  • powdered sugar

Method

  • In medium bowl beat eggs; set aside.
  • Drain both cans of apples or blueberries from muffin mixes; add to beaten eggs. Stir in flour and dry muffin mixes.
  • On a well-floured board roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Cut out donuts with floured 2 1/2-inch donut cutter, pressing straight down.
