Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 (13 oz.) pkg. apple-cinnamon or blueberry muffin mix
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- oil for deep fat frying
- powdered sugar
Method
- In medium bowl beat eggs; set aside.
- Drain both cans of apples or blueberries from muffin mixes; add to beaten eggs. Stir in flour and dry muffin mixes.
- On a well-floured board roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut out donuts with floured 2 1/2-inch donut cutter, pressing straight down.
