Ingredients
- 1 thigh Chicken thigh
- 3 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Method
- Add the chicken thigh in a heated frying pan, and saute the skin side first.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, and add to the pan.
- When the chicken skin starts to brown, flip, add the seasoning ingredients, and saute the other side for about 5 minutes.
- When the chicken is cooked through, it's done.
