Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. chicken (3 breasts)
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 oz. sharp cheese
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine

Method

  • Cook broccoli until tender.
  • Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Mix soup and milk together.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Toss crumbs with margarine.
  • Spray oblong casserole dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
  • Place in layers the broccoli, chicken, soup, cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
