Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast cooked and cut into small bites
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup mix
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups bread crumbs
Method
- Place cut up chicken in large casserole dish, set aside. Thoroughly mix soup and milk together and pour over chicken. Place bread crumbs over top of soup mixture and pour broth over top of bread crumbs.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until casserole browns or starts to bubble.
- This is great to freeze,
- so make two and save time later.
