Ingredients

  • 2 (9 to 10 oz.) pkg. frozen green French-cut beans
  • 1/2 chicken breast, skinned and boned (for each person)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. stuffing mix

Method

  • Place French-cut beans in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place on beans the chicken, boiled until tender for approximately 1/2 hour.
  • Mix together cream of chicken and celery soups, onion soup mix and sour cream.
  • Place the mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
  • Bake until bubbly for approximately 1/2 hour at 350°.
  • Serve with rice.
  • Will serve 6 to 8.
