Ingredients
- 2 (9 to 10 oz.) pkg. frozen green French-cut beans
- 1/2 chicken breast, skinned and boned (for each person)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. stuffing mix
Method
- Place French-cut beans in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place on beans the chicken, boiled until tender for approximately 1/2 hour.
- Mix together cream of chicken and celery soups, onion soup mix and sour cream.
- Place the mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
- Bake until bubbly for approximately 1/2 hour at 350°.
- Serve with rice.
- Will serve 6 to 8.
