Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method

  • There are two ways to do this.
  • With Food Processor:
  • Add garlic cloves to mini food processor.
  • Chop/grind.
  • Add everything else except for olive oil.
  • Chop/grind again.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Chop/grind again.
  • That's it! And you have perfectly blended perfectly creamy salad dressing.
  • Without Food Processor:
  • Crush or mince garlic cloves.
  • Add all ingredients in a jar except olive oil.
  • Shake well.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Shake vigorously until evenly mixed.
  • Enjoy!
