Ingredients
- 2 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. sliced deli ham
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Separate sliced meat, set aside 5 to 7 pieces and dice the remaining slices.
- Chop the green part of the scallions into 1/4-inch pieces; soften cream cheese.
- Mix garlic salt into the cream cheese.
- Add scallions and ham; mix.
- Form into a ball.
- Set atop 2 to 3 pieces of ham, then cover with the rest of the ham.
