Ingredients
- Approx. 36 chicken drummettes (the small drummettes from the wing)
- 2 T. garlic powder
- 2 T. salt
- 2 T. paprika
- 1 T. cayenne pepper (more or less depending o how hot you like it)
- 3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. hot sauce (buffalo wing sauce)
Method
- Place drumettes in a bowl and toss with the salt, paprika, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
