- 10 pieces Brussel Sprouts
Method
- Remove any yellow or bruised outside leaves
- Remove most of core: Cut in half, cut a small "V" on each end.
- Cut into thin slices
- Heat pan and add a few tablespoons of water and brussel sprouts
- Add seasoning and/or red pepper flakes to taste
- Cook 4-8 minutes or to desired softness
- Enjoy!
